At Punch Pro Arcade, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our arcade machines and accessories. While our products undergo strict quality checks, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been packed, booked with the courier, or shipped, cancellations can no longer be made. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery under our return guidelines below.
2. Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We accept returns if your arcade machine or accessory arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Not functioning as described
To initiate a return, notify us within 5 days that a return is wanted

If a return is required, we will arrange collection through our logistics partners.

The item must be securely repacked in its original packaging, including all components, bolts, power cables, accessories, and manuals.
Returned items must be in unused condition unless the defect was discovered upon opening.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Items damaged due to improper setup, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

Accessories or parts that show signs of installation or use

Machines that have been operated before reporting a defect

Products without original packaging, missing parts, or altered serial numbers
Due to the size and weight of arcade equipment, returns are not accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “no longer needed”.
4. Return Shipping
For approved returns, Punch Pro Arcade covers 100% of the return shipping cost.
Customers will not be charged any restocking or handling fees.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and verified.

Refund time: 3–5 business days after approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
If the item does not require return, the refund will be processed immediately.
6. Manufacturer Warranty
All Punch Pro Arcade machines come with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, our team will assist you with troubleshooting, replacement parts, or repair options as applicable.
